!!!!What to Pack for the Trip!!!!!

• Personal Hygiene: Shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and toothbrush. Bath towel. If you need any other travel essentials, be sure to bring them with you.
• Clothing: Work clothes = Closed-toe shoes for working outside, since you’ll be working outdoors with heavy tools. / Cap or hat for sun protection, / sunscreen, / refillable water bottle (it’s fine if you buy bottled water, but please help us collect the empty bottles at the end of the day). / Work gloves. /
  • NOTE: we will have a day at Fuerte te, that we will likely be painting, so bring clothing that is likely to get painted!
• General Attire: Clothing for the Bible Institute, the church, and for visits to homes should be modest. It should also be comfortable so you can participate in the necessary activities.
• Dormitories: The school provides everything you need for your bed in the dormitories—sheets, blankets, a bedspread, and a pillow with a pillowcase. If you’d like to bring your own bedding, that’s fine, but please keep in mind the amount of luggage you’ll be bringing. We ask for your cooperation in not bringing food into the dormitories.
• Bible: This is necessary for the services and devotionals you may attend.
• Meals and Snacks: The school provides three meals a day. If you have any allergies or cannot eat a specific food, please let us know. You may bring your own snacks; there is a refrigerator in the kitchen where you can store them, along with any drinks you bring or any medication.
• Documents: These are like a passport, since they are sometimes requested for entry into the United States, or if you have other documentation serving as proof of your return. You must always keep these documents safe if you leave the premises.
